I would like to give my opinion of the essential oils my friend encouraged me to try. To me, the oils have a wonderful almost magical effect. Each separate oil or oil combinations brings about different benefits for me. The warm, relaxing,& calming effect of the Ylang Ylang, the soothing of Lavender, the delicious cooling aroma of the Peppermint, and my personal favorite Jasmine "essence" and its uplifting and inspiring effect is absolutely beneficial to me. I would recommend these oils to anyone.
